The framework aims to guide both public and private organizations in developing and deploying AI systems responsibly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>IndiaAI Hackathon for Mineral Targeting<\/h3>\n<p><span>Alongside the launch of the AI guidelines, the Ministry also recognized winners of the <\/span><strong>IndiaAI Hackathon for Mineral Targeting<\/strong><span>, organized in partnership with the Geological Survey of India (GSI) and the Ministry of Mines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span>The hackathon showcased innovative AI-driven solutions for mineral exploration and sustainability. The winning teams were recognized for developing advanced AI models that support resource mapping and efficient mining practices, highlighting the transformative role of AI in natural resource management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>India\u2013AI Impact Summit 2026<\/h3>\n<p><span>The upcoming <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.meity.gov.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>India\u2013AI Impact Summit 2026<\/strong><\/a><span>, scheduled for 19\u201320 February in New Delhi, will bring together international experts, policymakers, and researchers to discuss how AI can accelerate progress across key areas \u2014 People, Planet, and Prosperity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span>The summit is expected to serve as a major platform for advancing conversations on AI ethics, innovation policy, and global collaboration.
