Vivo has introduced its latest 5G smartphone, the Vivo Y300i 5G, in China, expanding its Y-series lineup. The device is a direct successor to last year’s Vivo Y200i and brings significant upgrades, including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, a 6,500mAh battery, and a 50 MP rear camera. The smartphone is available in Black Jade, Rime Blue, and Titanium color options. With a focus on durability, it comes with SGS five-star drop resistance certification and has also passed military-standard impact tests.

The Vivo Y300i 5G comes in three storage configurations:

 

8GB RAM + 256GB storage – CNY 1,499 (approx. ₹18,000)

12GB RAM + 256GB storage – CNY 1,599 (approx. ₹19,000)

12GB RAM + 512GB storage – CNY 1,799 (approx. ₹20,000)

 

The smartphone will go on sale in China starting March 14, exclusively via Vivo’s official online store. However, details regarding its global or India launch remain unclear.
